Grimsby Town Football Club have an exciting opportunity for a Head of Medical to lead and oversee the delivery of all medical services for the Men’s First Team, while providing strategic oversight of the medical provision across the wider player pathway. The role is responsible for coordinating and continually developing injury prevention, rehabilitation, and return-to-play practices in alignment with the Club’s overarching performance and player development strategy. Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary medical and performance team, the Head of Medical will optimise player availability, wellbeing, and athletic performance through an evidence-based and long-term athlete development approach.
