Reporting organisationally to the Director Event Technology and working closely with the FIFA Technology Head of User Experience, the Service Delivery Manger will be a key member of the FIFA26 Technology team and work in close collaboration with the Technology teams in Mexico, Canada and Zurich and other key individuals and will be responsible for all aspects of Service Delivery Management for Corporate and Tournament technology support operations.
THE POSITION
As a Technology Service Delivery Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and delivery of Technology services for FIFA World Cup and associated events. The main responsibilities and oversights of the Service Delivery Manager for the FIFA World Cup 26™ include:
Establish and implement a fit for purpose integrated support model (including FIFA, technology partners, service providers, government entities etc.) across all phases of the project....
