Jobs In Football provides a service to bring Job Seekers and Employers together within the Football industry. Job Seekers and Employers can register, create profiles/job posts and search for jobs and resumes.
Job Seeker personal data will be available to Employers visiting Jobs In Football. Personal data includes a Name which is mandatory, an email Address which is mandatory and a Telephone Number which is optional.
Personal data provided by the user may be used by Jobs In Football to notify the user of any news, and or promotional offers relating only to the Jobs In Football website. The user can unsubscribe from these notifications at anytime.
Jobs In Football will not disclose user personal data to any third party.
Jobs In Football may not be used for any of the following purposes:
The user is required to provide truthful information in their profile or job post.
It is prohibited to use any text or images from Jobs In Football for personal or commercial use unless authorized by Jobs In Football.
Refund/Cancellation Policy: if a customer requires a refund or to cancel their purchase, they should email Jobs In Football via info@jobsinfootball.com and state their reasons for the request. Jobs In Football will respond to this request within 14 days and will take each request on a case by case basis.
Material Submitted by You
Except for information that identifies you personally (e.g. your name, address, telephone number, email address and CV), any material which you submit will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary such that we shall have the right to use, copy, distribute and disclose it to third parties for any purpose.
You agree not to submit any material:
that is false, misleading, defamatory, discriminatory, threatening, offensive, abusive, likely to cause someone anxiety or distress, encourages violence or racial or religious hatred, blasphemous, pornographic, in breach of confidence, in breach of privacy; or
that infringes any intellectual property rights, such as copyright and trade marks. This means generally that you must own the rights in everything you submit or must obtain permission from the rights owner to submit the material; or

which encourages or teaches conduct that is a criminal offence, gives rise to civil liability, or is otherwise unlawful.
We are not obliged to use material submitted by you and we may remove from the Site, the Services and our database any of the material submitted by you at our sole discretion.
We will fully co-operate with any law enforcement authorities or court order requesting or directing us to disclose the identity of anyone submitting material in breach of clause 4.2.
We will not be responsible, or liable to any third party, for the content or accuracy of any materials submitted by you.

Jobs In Football reserves the right to edit or delete any information submitted by the user to the website.
Jobs In Football will not be responsible for any loss or damage the user may encounter from using the website.
We advise all users to be extremely cautious of any approaches from clubs/companies through the site, and under no circumstances provide financial details or send money.
The material contained on the Site and in the Services is for information purposes only and does not constitute advice. You should carry out your own check in respect of any information on the Site and in the Services and use your own judgment before doing or not doing anything on the basis of what you see. Unless expressly stated in writing by us or required by law, we give no warranties of any kind in relation to the materials on the Site and in the Services.
We are not liable for:
any action you may take as a result of relying on any information/materials provided on the Site and in the Services or for any loss or damage suffered by you as a result of you taking such action; or
any dealings you have with third parties (e.g. other users or advertisers) that take place using or facilitated by the Site and Services; or

Career & CV Services
Payments
Payment is in full and in advance through our online facility provided by PayPal & Stripe – we do not offer instalments to pay for our services and neither will we enter into discount negotiations. We will, upon receipt of your order, ensure that the service you have requested meets your personal needs; if we find that you have selected an option that is not best suited we will advise you of this revision. We will refund the difference/or you agree to pay the additional fee if your service level needs changing.
You have 24 hours to cancel your order, after which point Jobs In Football will retain 100% of the payment.
Returns & Revisions
We will endeavor to return your CV or conduct your videocall sessions within the time period stipulated on the service description, however there may be occasions where our experts are unable to meet this timescale and may require some extra time. In such cases we will inform and keep you up to date with progress.
Revisions will be of a minor nature only. Our team are experts in their fields and will work on the information you provide to them. As such, complete rewrites of their work will not be completed unless there are mitigating circumstances.
Communications
All of our services will include communications via email. It is your duty to ensure you check all mailboxes and complete all information requested by Jobs In Football, such as the questionnaires etc.
It is your responsibility to ensure all requested details are accurate, timely, and not misleading. We will not be held liable for the results of misinformation.
In the unlikely event that you have a complaint, contact should be made via email. Upon receipt of the complaint we will register it accordingly and a response will be provided. We aim to do this within seven working days. If we cannot resolve your complaint you will receive a clear and concise explanation in writing.
Jobs In Football shall not be liable for (a) any loss of profit, data loss, loss of production, depletion of goodwill and (b) any indirect loss, costs or expenses whatsoever in each case arising out of your use of our Website and packages or our failure to provide the Website. Jobs In Football will not accept any liability for any errors or omissions in work that has not been checked and notified to us by the client within five days of submission. Please note that if you purchase any packages from our Website, different conditions apply to that package, which can be accessed before purchasing the package. Packages and services offered are for advice only. Jobs In Football will not be liable or accountable for any discrepancies, errors or any resulting issues.
The packages and services offered are to help you in your endeavours. Jobs In Football cannot be held liable for any loss (direct or indirect) arising from the use of the site or our services and we prohibit any such liability, whether in contract or tort (to include negligence) or otherwise, nor can we guarantee the use of our products and services will result in an interview, contract offer, or any other perceived outcome.
