Summary: Reporting to the Academy Business Manager, the Operations Assistant will be a member of the Academy Staff and play a key role supporting the operational logistics for Right to Dream San Diego. Key Responsibilities: Planning and executing team and staff travel requirements, to include trialists, current student-athletes and their families Assisting with budget management and financial tracking ‘budget to actuals’ Managing Performance Center visitors and communication Schedule coordination and communication across key academy stakeholders Support the Head of Academy with executive tasks; schedule management, correspondence, and travel planning Support the planning and execution of Academy events: home matches, scouting events, and other Academy activities Oversee the SDFC 'Street Team' and other part-time staff Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree Preferred Certifications / knowledge of necessary software...
