JOB PURPOSE
To assist the Retail department with various administration duties.
MAIN DUTIES Administration
Maintaining good working relationships with ‘internal stakeholders’ such as; Commercial team, Ticketing team, Accounts team, Operations Director etc.
Complete daily tasks with accuracy and in a timely manner
Skilled in communicating with members of the public via written, in person and telephone communications
Comply with all Club policies, procedures and guidelines e.g. Health & Safety, Fire Safety, Security.
Conduct Stock Checks as requested.
Mail box management and triage.
Support Online Retail and Buying Manager with procurement processing.
