FCH (FIFA Clearing House SAS), a 100% subsidiary of FIFA, is a payment institution authorized in September 2022 by the ACPR to provide payment services to FIFA-affiliated clubs. The creation of FCH is a key element of the transfer system reform program adopted by the FIFA Council in 2018 to promote and protect the integrity of professional football. FCH, as a payment institution, acts as an intermediary in payments related to training rewards under the FIFA Regulations on the Status and Transfer of Players (RSTP).
