Full job description Football Fitness Academy (FFA) is a specialist Strength & Conditioning programme for young footballers aged 7-16, operating in Wokingham and Maidenhead. We work with players from grassroots through to academy level in small, capped groups with a maximum 4:1 player-to-coach ratio. We are looking for a Head S&C Coach to lead our session delivery across Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday evenings. This is a sessional role with a clear development pathway as the programme grows; more sessions, more hours, and a central leadership role in an expanding coaching programme.
