Candidate Requirements: New Coaches: A passion for the game, a willingness to learn, and an FA DBS check (or willingness to obtain one). Watford Football Club’s Academy are looking to recruit some new host families to support our young players aged between 16-23 years old. We currently have around 150 young players within the Academy, some of whom stay with host families, allowing them to take the opportunity of full-time employment at the Football Club as either an apprentice or professional player. We are looking for families who can provide a room (per player) and a cooked evening meal during the week, as well as providing a suitable and safe environment; to be either on a 6-night or 7-night per week paid agreement. We are looking for hosts living in and around the Watford, St Albans and London Colney area for the 2025/2026 football season and/or longer.
