Overview Columbus Crew is seeking a Performance Coach to work with our youth academy. Within this role the individual will be directly responsible for planning and implementation of fitness and strength programming for the u15 and u16 academy teams. Furthermore, this role will require an individual who is interested and enthusiastic about overall player development. The individual needs to value strong working relationships and enjoy working with multiple stakeholders. OVERVIEW: The W Athletics Department sponsors 17 sports and is an NCAA III member that competes in the St Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference. This is a 10-month position that runs from August thru May, with the potential to be renewed for a second year. This position includes a tuition scholarship of ten (10) credits per semester (fall and spring semesters only). Required summer coursework may be covered.
