PURPOSE Responsible for effectively maintaining all mechanical systems including Heating systems, plumbing, BMS, HWS, HVAC within the stadium of light and supporting across other club sites.   CORE RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES  Carry out mechanical PPMs and reactive maintenance to the highest standards.  Carry out fault finding, rectification and testing to plumbing and heating systems.  Carry out small installations and project works.  Complete inspection and testing of mechanical systems including TMVs, legionella compliance etc.  Participate in the reactive call out Rota.  Be available to work all matchdays and major events.  Assist the maintenance team with general maintenance tasks as and when required.  Complete paperwork and ensure records are kept up to date for works completed whilst also liaising with fellow maintenance staff and management team.  Manage and support contractors.  Ensure compliance with all of the Club’s security,...
