Charlotte Eagles and Academy Director Overview: Charlotte Eagles is a Christian ministry that introduces people to Jesus Christ, teaches them to follow Him, and empowers them as leaders through the game of soccer. The Academy Director is expected to be a leader within the Club and Summer Ministry Departments as well as the overall Charlotte Eagles ministry. The Club currently has over 1,000 kids ages 4-19 in all levels of player opportunity (Rec, Challenge, Select, Academy), with the Academy Director leading the top teams in the club in each age group from U13-U19. The Men’s Summer Program offers 2 teams competing in USLA and USL2.
