Casual Community Coach
Birmingham City FC Community Trust are seeking enthusiastic, passionate and highly motivated individuals to work within its growing community programmes.
We are looking for FA qualified community coaches to deliver and support on a number of programmes and activities across our organisation including grassroots junior football, holiday camps, matchday activations, development centres and youth club based sessions.
You will be responsible for delivery high quality and engaging session to children of varying ages and abilities increasing football participation and ensuring our participants develop in a safe and nurturing environment.

Minibus Drivers will work with all BCFC Community Trust departments to help transport staff, children, and young people to and from a range of activities. These include regular football training sessions, student football matches, and other special events and trips.
The successful candidates will be required to work to meet the needs of the business and can expect to travel both locally and nationally.
It is an essential requirement for candidates to be at least 25 years old and hold a valid D1 driving licence qualification. Applicants who fail to meet these criteria need not apply.

The post holder will manage, plan, coordinate and implement the Premier League Kicks programme. The post holder will ensure that all provision is carried out in line with the Trust standards, expectations and values as well as having a focus on the trusts long term strategic objectives. The post holder will be required to deliver monitor and evaluate the relevant programmes as well as support and lead other members.
Minimum FA Level 2 in Football Coaching
Relevant Qualification or experience relating to youth work
Experience working with diverse groups
Experience of planning and delivering quality sessions to targeted groups
Experience of using data management systems (specifically PLCF)
Experience of undertaking monitoring and evaluation of programmes
Ability to undertake monitoring and evaluation of projects in-line with funding requirements
