Role Summary:The purpose of the Youth Engagement Officer is to deliver high quality experiences through our Premier League Kicks and Onside programmes within the Great Yarmouth, Gorleston and Lowestoft areas

Knowledge, skills and experience - desirable
Minimum Level 2 sports/coaching qualification
Previous experience of youth work delivery
Proven ability to engage and inspire participants from diverse backgrounds, including those from disadvantaged or hard-to-reach communities
Awareness of the factors that contribute to vulnerability, such as mental health issues, substance abuse, domestic violence & homelessness
Ability to work evenings and weekends
Knowledge, skills and experience - desirable
Good knowledge of Health and Safety, safeguarding & Risk assessments
Strong organisational skills and knowledge of Customer Relationship Management tools( CRM’s) including Salesforce
