Job Description
We are looking for a Sales Executive to join Coaches’ Voice School in London and help coaches and football professionals access our specialist education programmes.
You will engage directly with prospective students from around the world, guiding them through our courses and converting inbound interest into enrolments.
This is a consultative sales role focused on managing global leads, understanding career goals and helping candidates choose the programme that best supports their development. It ’s an opportunity to join a fast-growing football education platform and help expand our international community of coaches.
What You’ll Do
Drive course enrolments - Manage and convert inbound interest in Coaches’ Voice School programmes by advising prospective students on the most suitable courses.
Manage the sales pipeline - Maintain structured follow-up processes, track activity in the CRM and ensure clear visibility of pipeline progress.
Deliver a strong student experience - Guide prospective students through the decision-making process and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
Collaborate cross-functionally - Work closely with the wider sales and marketing team on lead management, demand generation, and programme delivery.
What You’ll Bring - We are looking for someone who combines strong communication skills, organisation and a genuine interest in football and coaching development.
Required
- Interest in football coaching and coach development
- Fluent in English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organised and capable of managing a high volume of leads
- Ability to build trust and clearly explain educational programmes
- Comfortable speaking with professionals from different countries and backgrounds
Nice-to-Have
- Spanish language skills
- Previous experience in sales, education or the sports industry
- Experience using CRM systems and managing inbound leads
