JOB TITLE: Hospitality Ecommerce Executive DEPARTMENT: Venue & Hospitality – Sales Operations LOCATION: Stamford Bridge CONTRACT: Permanent, Full Time (35 hours per week, including matchdays, across any five from seven days a week)
JOB FUNCTION: An exciting opportunity to manage and improve the club’s online hospitality offering and support wider Sales Operations delivery. The role ensures accurate customer-facing content, pricing, packages and inventory; maintains effective website-to-CRM data flows; supports Ticketmaster administration; and delivers timely operational reporting.
