Merchandising Intern (m/f/d)

Zur Unterstützung unseres Teams suchen wir kurzfristig ab 01.09.2022 einen Praktikanten (m/w/d) für den Bereich Merchandising.

Die Aufgaben umfassen im Wesentlichen:

• Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen
• Betreuung des Online-Shops und der Warenwirtschaft
• Unterstützende Mitarbeit bei der Sortimentsplanung
• Organisatorische und administrative Unterstützung im Backoffice
• Benchmarking, Marktbeobachtung, Recherche und Auswertungen von Informationen
• Pflege der Kundendatenbank
• Unterstützende Mitarbeit am Spieltag bei Organisation und Verkauf
• Analytische und strategische Vorbereitung von Verkaufsaktionen- und Kampagnen
• Reseller - Care

Anforderungsprofil:

• Studium (Praktikumsdauer mind. 3 Monate, vorzugsweise 6 Monate im Rahmen eines Pflichtpraktikums) im Bereich Sportmanagement, Sportökonomie, BWL oder Marketing
• selbständiges und kreatives Arbeiten
• Flexibilität und Bereitschaft zur Wochenendarbeit
• Begeisterung für den Fußballsport
• Interesse an Kundenkontakt und Verkauf
• Kenntnisse in Grafikbearbeitungsprogrammen von Vorteil (Photoshop)
• Führerschein Klasse B

• Benchmarking, market observation, research and evaluation of information
• Maintaining the customer database
• Supporting work on game day in organization and sales
• Analytical and strategic preparation of sales promotions and campaigns
• Reseller - Care

Requirement profile:

• Studies (internship duration at least 3 months, preferably 6 months as part of a compulsory internship) in the field of sports management, sports economics, business administration or marketing
• independent and creative work
• Flexibility and willingness to work weekends
• enthusiasm for football
• Interested in customer contact and sales
• Knowledge of graphics editing programs is an advantage (Photoshop)
• Class B driver's license
