Ipswich Town Football Club are looking for an Education & Performance wellbeing Lead to join our Women's U21's PGA.
This role will support the Women's U21 PGA players and provide feedback via a minimum of three Individual Education Development Plans each season. The role involves the tracking of players target grades and actual attainment. Work closely with the Safeguarding & Well-being and support, players, and support staff to ensure the continued growth and readiness of athletes for progression to senior-level football.
The Club History:
Ipswich Town Football Club is a professional association football club, currently playing in League One, with aspirations of climbing back to the premiership.
The club was founded in 1878 and turned professional in 1936; it was subsequently elected to join the Football League in 1938. Ipswich won the English league title in 1961–62, their first season in the top flight, and finished runners-up in 1980–81 and 1981–82. They finished in the top six in the English First Division for ten years, apart from when they won the FA Cup in 1977–78.
