We are looking for someone to join our pool of casual workers who coordinate all matchday requirements for Reading FC Academy home games. The successful candidates will help to coordinate all match day requirements for Reading Academy home & selected away games for the U21s/18s. Flexibility in attendance will be required however it is anticipated that you will be required to work approx. 5hrs on each Academy matchday worked. We are looking for someone who can show attention to detail, has a flexible approach to work should priorities change, and is able to work well on their own and as part of a team

Key Responsibilities:
- To check Home and Away Team and match officials dressing rooms ensuring they are unlocked and clean, and ready for use
- To collect a list of scouts attending who have asked permission to attend
- To welcome match officials / Premier League representative on arrival and provide them with refreshments
- To welcome the Opposition on arrival, show them to dressing rooms, and provide refreshments to their staff in the dressing room
- To complete/obtain Team sheet via online system.
- To photocopy a small number of team sheets for scouts / analysts where team sheets are not printed
- To ensure the dressing rooms are locked (gym side only) when players leave the dressing room for kick-off
- To collect the lunch bags from the kitchen at the start of the 2nd half, take the home team packed lunches to the respective dressing rooms, and the away team boxes to the team bus for the return journey. Match officials to receive a packed lunch in their dressing room
- To telephone result F'A Premier Youth Under 18 League Result' to appropriate agencies after the match. For Under 21 games, record goals scored, substitution details (times &player numbers) cautions, send offs. Record these on Premier League forms and provide them to the Under 21 secretary
- To register spectators on home match days
- To support with general match day operations at home games
- To adhere to a strict code of confidentiality in respect of any information relating to Reading Football Club and its operation
- To be presentable at al times when working and demonstrate that you can represent the face of the club in the manner expected
- To maintain Reading Football Club's Safeguarding (Child Protection), Health, Safety and Equal Opportunity procedures and practice
