| Join the Global Movement Redefining Talent Pathways for Girls & Women Right to Dream (RTD) is seeking a Global Lead Scout for our Women’s & Girls Football Program. This is a pivotal role driving our ambition to become the world’s leading environment for identifying, developing, and empowering young female high potential talent. You will play a central role in shaping the next generation of Dreamers by building scouting systems, identifying high-potential talent, and strengthening RTD’s footprint across Africa and beyond. This role is hands-on, community-oriented, and strategically significant, operating within the RTD culture and translating the Group’s global talent strategy into impactful delivery across our regions. You will be someone who sees potential long before it becomes visible performance, takes a long-term view on development, and believes deeply in the growth of girls’ and women’s football. |

| You will be responsible for leading the talent identification strategy and scouting operations in the women’s & girls’ pathway, specifically: • Build and embed a grassroots scouting framework that consistently identifies high-potential girls across West Africa, ensuring a sustainable talent pipeline. • Lead the scouting methodology for girls’ football, recommending world class potential to RTD trials, national camps, and academy processes. • Coordinate and lead final national trials for girls as part of an interdisciplinary team, delivering a consistent and fair selection environment. • Identify and track top emerging talent across West Africa, ensuring strong market insight and future planning. • Oversee and deliver a first-team video scouting process for club recruitment in collaboration with Sporting & Technical leadership. • Build, manage, and maintain a comprehensive scouting database and depth charts across designated regions. • Provide regular updates and insights to the Technical Director – RTD Ghana and the Group Head Scout, ensuring aligned communication and decision making. • Develop strong, trust-based relationships with regional organisers, clubs, federations, schools, and community networks to support consistent player identification. • Deliver biannual educational workshops to contribute to community development and build awareness of RTD pathways. • Spend time across RTD locations particularly, Egypt and Denmark to deepen learning, refine methodology, and align with club/academy expectations. • Follow trends in global women’s football to bring fresh insights and innovation into our scouting strategy. |

| Who We Are Looking For: Qualifications • Talent ID certification or equivalent recognised qualification. Experience • Experience in coaching, talent identification, or player assessment within football. • Experience working with or scouting girls’ and women’s football (preferred but not required if strong transferable experience exists). • Basic experience using scouting data platforms and video analysis tools. • Experience working across diverse cultures or regions (advantageous). Knowledge & Skills • Strong judgement and ability to identify long-term potential in young players. • Understanding of player development pathways and characteristics of elite youth development. • Ability to build trust and maintain excellent relationships with varied stakeholders. • Ability to work independently and manage extensive regional travel. • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage scouting processes at scale. • English language skills required, French language skills are a strong advantage • High confidentiality, professionalism, and cultural sensitivity. • Creative, curious problem-solver who brings energy, original thinking, and adaptability.
