As a Manchester City Football Education Coach in the UAE, you’ll deliver high-quality sessions to girls and boys of varying abilities across multiple programs, while immersing yourself in a diverse, fast-growing football environment. The role

You’ll be part of a collaborative coaching team delivering programs that represent Manchester City’s coaching philosophy and standards. Working across a range of ages and abilities, you’ll help inspire the next generation of players while continuing to develop your own coaching identity.

Your impact

You will:

  • Deliver coaching sessions aligned with Manchester City’s philosophy, methodology and principles
  • Support lead staff before, during and after program delivery
  • Contribute to session reviews and continuous improvement of programs
  • Work collaboratively to ensure programs meet expected standards
  • Support local and regional activations across the Middle East
  • Represent Manchester City with professionalism on and off the pitch

 

What we’re looking for

  • FA Level 2 / UEFA C qualification (minimum)
  • Membership of a recognised FA (or international equivalent)
  • Experience coaching in a football environment
  • Strong communication skills and a desire to learn and improve
  • Experience working with players from diverse backgrounds
  • Education in sports coaching or teaching
  • Hold relevant safeguarding training (or willingness to obtain at the earliest opportunity)
