Role Summary: This role leads the Foundation’s Alternative Provision education offering, supporting pupils at risk of exclusion or long-term school absence

Knowledge, skills and experience - essential
A relevant teaching qualification including PTTLS, CTLLS or DTLLS
Experience working with vulnerable and at-risk young people & adults.
Knowledge of Safeguarding & Risk assessments.
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing circumstances.
Ability to remain calm in challenging environments.
Excellent leadership skills, including the ability to motivate and inspire team members, delegate tasks, and foster a collaborative work environment as a line manager
Knowledge, skills and experience - desirable
A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as education or community development, sport, youth work, social work
Experience in collecting, analysing, and interpreting data to inform decision-making and evaluate project outcomes.
Knowledge & experience of delivering community projects.
Proven track record of managing projects, achieving budgets & KPIs.
