Purpose:

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales of premium hospitality products, including executive boxes, lounges, and matchday dining packages.
  • Lead on business development to secure new Hospitality accounts
  • Develop and deliver strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed annual revenue targets.
  • Represent Wigan Warriors at networking events, business expos, and matchdays.
  • Conduct stadium tours and hospitality presentations for prospective clients.
  • Work collaboratively with marketing and events teams to tailor packages and campaigns.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, client proposals, and contract documentation.
  • Mentor junior sales team members and contribute to training and development initiatives.

·       Proven track record in hospitality or premium corporate sales—stadium or arena experience strongly preferred.

·       Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals.

·       Excellent communication and presentation skills.

·       Existing regional business network beneficial.

·       CRM experience and strong commercial awareness.

·       Results-driven – Highly motivated to meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining premium service standards.

·       Relationship-focused – Naturally builds long-term, trusted relationships with corporate clients, partners, and stakeholders.
