We have an exciting opportunity for an individual to join our Liverpool FC team as a E-Commerce Product Management Manager.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, E‑Commerce Product, you will play a key role in shaping and managing the product backlog for all LFC Retail E‑Commerce global platforms, including store.liverpoolfc.com and the LFC Store app(s). While this role does not include direct line management, you will collaborate closely with the Senior Manager to support the development of the global digital strategy and help strengthen digital knowledge and productivity across the wider business. You will work in partnership with the E‑Commerce trading team and cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure alignment and drive the achievement of key business goals.

Who are we looking for?
We’re looking for a candidate with a strong professional foundation in Business, Marketing, IT or a related field, supported by significant E‑Commerce experience within a sport or lifestyle brand and proven operational expertise across international markets. You’ll bring the ability to understand and present complex user journeys, alongside excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a balance of creative and analytical thinking. Confidence working independently, collaborating across teams, and adapting to changing needs is essential, as is experience using tools such as Trello, Jira or GitLab.
You will have a solid grasp of UX/UI principles, an understanding of warehouse and stock management systems, and the ability to set and report against KPIs using analytics tools such as Google Analytics and BI platforms. Experience coaching and mentoring teams, working with third parties and multi‑site Scrum teams, and influencing non‑technical colleagues is also key. Comfort representing the company at industry events is important, as is a broad understanding of e‑commerce software and tools.
Desirable experience includes running international multi‑language and multi‑currency websites, frontend development skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript/ES6), knowledge of GDPR and security products, exposure to software development or digital product environments, multivariate testing tools, and an interest in gifting, fashion, or e‑commerce. Additional language skills such as French, German, Spanish, Chinese, Thai, Korean or Japanese are helpful but not essential.
