Main goal

The EURO Hospitality Production Coordinator will drive all hospitality catering operations for UEFA EURO 2028, working closely with the entire Hospitality Production team to provide a seamless, consistent and memorable experience that exceeds guests’ expectations at all nine venues, in line with the UEFA strategy and the unique demands of a world-class event.

Key responsibilities

  • Leading end-to-end hospitality catering delivery, from concept development through to tournament execution
  • Developing innovative culinary concepts and menus in close collaboration with internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment with UEFA hospitality standards
  • Overseeing cost control, menu engineering and supplier management to ensure value for money and excellence in delivery
  • Conducting and contributing to site visits with UEFA teams and commercial partners, assessing stadium and surrounding catering facilities
  • Aligning and standardising catering operations across all nine venues to ensure consistent food quality, service, safety and presentation
  • Acting as the hospitality catering expert and primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication
  • Setting and managing project timelines, priorities and budgets, fostering a client-centric culture and high-quality delivery throughout

Requirements

Experience:

  • from 4-6 years experience in large-scale venue, stadium or hospitality operations, involving multiple matchdays or event days
  • from 4-6 years experience leading catering strategy and innovation for large-scale events

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in hotel catering management, event management or equivalent qualification in hospitality and catering

Languages:

  • English / proficient

Other requirements:

  • Relocation to Switzerland/France is expected
  • Thorough knowledge of compliance standards
