Lead a culture of creative excellence in food and service at Anfield. You will manage and inspire a highly skilled kitchen brigade to deliver exceptional food across all areas of the stadium, while achieving strong commercial results through effective people management and food cost control.
You will be accountable for the performance, behaviour and engagement of the Anfield kitchen brigades, including up to 200 casual matchday and non-matchday chefs, as well as agency support.
With full responsibility for all kitchen operations and food production, the role covers menu and recipe development, sourcing and purchasing strategies, pricing decisions, and the effective management of kitchen resources and costs. A key focus will be the ongoing development and progression of chefs, alongside the delivery of consistently high standards across matchdays, non-matchdays and major events.
The role carries full accountability for labour spend and for delivering 73% of the gross food profit across all catering operations including matchday, non-matchday and event catering.
