Austin FC joined Major League Soccer (MLS) as the League’s 27th club in January 2019. Austin FC began competing in MLS in April 2021 and played its first match at home on June 19, 2021, in the new, 100% privately financed, $260 million, state-of-the-art Q2 Stadium. Now in it’s third season, Austin FC currently holds the longest active sellout streak in MLS.
Austin FC is actively seeking a detail oriented and personable Ticket Operations Coordinator who will play an integral role in the execution of all revenue-generating and ticket-centric operations. This position will assist in creating and maintaining events in our ticketing system, SeatGeek, and collaborate with various departments to process ticketing requests.
This position will be based in Austin, TX and the role will be in-person at Austin FC’s office.

You Will:
· Assist in creating and managing the event building processes for all events at Q2 Stadium through the Company’s ticketing system (SeatGeek); and
· Develop and implement a training system for seasonal and part-time staff; and
· Hire and manage seasonal part-time staff and internships; and
· Assist with supervising the Ticket Office for all Austin FC & Q2 Stadium events; and
· Support sales and service staff with order processing, payments, and ticket system help; and
· Develop and manage the process for ticket requests.
You Have:
· Bachelor’s Degree
· Experience working in ticketing department
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SalesForce, a plus
· Ability to learn new programs and systems
· Knowledge and experience working with a ticketing system, SeatGeek knowledge a plus
· English and/or Spanish language proficiency is essential and Spanish/English bilingual skills are a plus. Additional languages – even better
· Great work ethic, attention to detail, excellent organizational skills and ability to handle several projects at once
· Exceptional oral and written communication skills
