The Venue Sales and Commercial Development Department are responsible for the sales across all aspects of our Villa Park venue, including matchday hospitality and premium matchday experiences, general admission tickets, membership and Conference and Events at Villa Park. After a period of redevelopment and growth, which saw us refurbish many of our hospitality suites and stadium concourses, and we are continuing to grow - offering world-class, experiences in the Premier League in an unrivalled atmosphere, helping our guests create the kind of matchday memories that last a lifetime.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Conference and Events Sales Executive to join the team based at Villa Park. You will play a pivotal part in driving revenue for the Club’s conference and events offerings -responsible for securing new business, managing relationships with existing clients and handling all aspects of event co-ordination from inquiry to post-event feedback.
You will respond promptly to incoming leads from agents, venue profiles, website inquiries, and previous bookers with detailed proposals on available event options whilst tailoring proposals to meet client requirements and showcase our world-class spaces and services effectively.
You will also attend industry and networking events to build new relationships and identify potential sales opportunities.

You must have proven experience of working in a similar conference and events sales role with strong knowledge of conference and events processes. You must also be able to deliver excellent customer experience, building relationships with our customers and communicating them both verbally and in writing in a clear and concise way.
You must also be able to work flexible hours as the Club requires, this will include evenings and weekends and have access to a vehicle and / or the ability to travel between our Club sites; Villa Park, London Office and Bodymoor Heath Training Ground.
