The Department

The Venue Sales and Commercial Development Department are responsible for the sales across all aspects of our Villa Park venue, including matchday hospitality and premium matchday experiences, general admission tickets, membership and Conference and Events at Villa Park. After a period of redevelopment and growth, which saw us refurbish many of our hospitality suites and stadium concourses, and we are continuing to grow - offering world-class, experiences in the Premier League in an unrivalled atmosphere, helping our guests create the kind of matchday memories that last a lifetime. We have a new exciting opportunity for a Venue Sales Administrator to join the team.

 

The Role

You will provide day – to – day administrative support to the Venue Sales team, ensuring the smooth running of the sales operations. You will act as a key liaison between Venue Sales and internal departments whilst supporting the preparation and distribution of sales materials, documentation and internal communications.

 

You will also manage the day – to – day operation of CRM, ticketing, and reporting systems whilst acting as the primary contact of CRM – related queries within the team and supporting the ongoing development and optimisation of systems to improve efficiency and reporting capability.

 

You will also be recognised as a central co ordinator across all teams within Venue Sales and support the planning and organisation of meetings, reporting cycles and key activities. There will also be a requirement to assist with Matchday preparation and co ordination as required.

The Person

You will need to have demonstrative administrative experience within a professional office experience with a strong understanding of and experience in preparing and interpretating sales reports, budgets and financial data. You will also need to have demonstrable experience of using CRM systems such as Salesforce or Dynamic and be a highly organised individual with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.

 

You will need to be available to work flexibly as the Club requires, this may include matchdays, working evenings and weekend this may also include from time to time working at other venues and events. You will also need a full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle to travel between our Club sites; Villa Park, London Office and Bodymoor Heath Training Ground.
