Job Title: Realising Potential Manager

Salary: £26,000 - £29,000 + Benefits

Contract Type: Permanent 

Line Manager: Head of Inclusion 

Role Summary: The role will lead the implementation, logistics and growth of the Foundation’s SEND & Disability provision.

Objectives

  • Maximise awareness, attendance, quality assurance and impact of the Foundation’s Realising potential programme.
  • Provide pathways for participants to progress within the realising potential programme and into the wider opportunities.
  • ​Achieve all department outcomes and performance targets.

Knowledge, skills and experience - essential 

  • Minimum FA Level 2/UEFA C Qualification.
  • ​Minimum of 3 years of experience working in SEND or disability environments.
  • In-depth understanding and experience of developing/delivering inclusive sports activity.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate individuals from diverse backgrounds.
  • Flexible and adaptable approach, with the ability to work weekends and evenings.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Knowledge, skills and experience - desirable

  • Degree qualification level 5 or 6 in a relevant field such as: sports management or disability studies
  • Previous experience managing budgets, with multiple streams of income.
  • Strong understanding of managing and mitigating risk across project delivery.​
  • Excellent leadership skills, including the ability to motivate and inspire team members, delegate tasks, and foster a collaborative work environment as a line manager.
