Job Description

The WKF & HR Coordinator ensures flawless HR administrative execution for FIFA World Cup 2026 Mexico, with core responsibility for contracts, HRIS/data integrity, onboarding, personnel files, and interviews coordination. The role includes screening support and operational collaboration with Recruiting, Payroll, Finance, Legal, and Office Management. Success in this role safeguards regulatory compliance, maintains accurate employee records, and delivers a smooth employee experience throughout the lifecycle. Reporting line into the Manager, HR Administration – Mexico.

*Please Note that this will be a 4 month-fixed term role*

THE POSITION

This role would be an immediate start.

HR Administration, Contracts & Systems
  • Contracts & Movements: Draft, review, and administer employment contracts, amendments, offers, confirmations, and terminations. Manage hires, exits, and changes with full traceability.
  • HRIS / Data Integrity: Maintain accurate employee data (positions, compensation, benefits) in HR systems; manage approvals and audit-ready documentation.
  • Personnel Files & Privacy: Own digital/physical files with strict confidentiality and compliance with data protection standards.
  • Compliance Support: Coordinate documentation for IMSS, SAT, INFONAVIT, and STPS NOMs in partnership with Payroll and Legal.
  • Reporting: Produce regular reports (headcount, movements, tenure, benefits, workforce plan status) with actionable insights.
Onboarding, Preboarding & Employee Experience
  • Preboarding Logistics: Collect documentation, run validations (background/education if applicable), issue offers, coordinate equipment/access, and first-day logistics.
  • Onboarding Execution: Deliver an efficient day-1 experience—inductions, checklists, systems setup, policy sign-offs, benefits orientation, and timely documentation.
Recruitment Support (Screening & Coordination)
  • Screening: Conduct CV screening against role criteria and process requirements; maintain turnaround times and quality standards.
  • Process Coordination: Schedule interviews/assessments, manage candidate communications, support postings and process closure.
Office & Compliance Coordination (as related to HR operations)
  • General Services Interface: Coordinate with Office Management for workspace readiness, access, vendor support, supplies, and maintenance impacting onboarding/HR operations.

YOUR PROFILE

Education & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, or a related field.
Work Experience
  • 2–3 years in HR Administration (contracts, HRIS, onboarding, personnel files) and/or Payroll inputs.
  • Project Management, Process Mapping, Continuous Improvement related experience.
  • Proven collaboration with Payroll, Finance, Legal, and external service providers.
  • Experience project-based environments, or peak operational cycles is a plus.
Languages
  • Fluent in English and Spanish. 
Technology
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio & Project) and planning software and online collaboration tools
