Leek Town FC Limited - a Charter Standard community based football Club based in the Staffordshire Moorlands, with over 30 affiliated teams
The exciting post of Facilties & Hospitality Operative has been created to work in our 3G sports facility. This is an extremely varied role that offers an excellent opportunity to flourish within a community based business. We are looking for a highly motivated individuals with energy, drive, entrepreneurial flair and commercial awareness to work within our hospitality unit, and to work closely with the Operations Manager.
Main Duties
- Be on rota across weekday, evening shifts and weekend patterns
- Be integral to the delivery of a first class experience at the venue, including first team games, general hire, community activities and sports days
- Develop brilliant relationships with our supporters (customers) to ensure we exceed their expectations
- Proactively contribute to the success of the business whilst on shift to maximise customer experience
- These duties provide a framework for the role and should not be regarded as a definitive list, other reasonable duties may be required consistent with the operation of the facility
Key Attributes of the Role
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work under limited supervision
- Ability to proactively work with internal and external partners
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
- Ability to work within a small team
- Willing to work at peak times including some evenings and weekends
- Previous experience an advantage but not necessary, full training given
