Academy-Level Football Coach – Saturday Soccer School
AFC Whyteleafe Youth are seeking an academy-level football coach to lead our Saturday morning Soccer School, aimed at attracting and developing high-potential young players.
This is a high-profile role within the club and would suit a coach with strong credentials who enjoys being the face of a programme.

- Saturday Soccer School
- Saturdays: 8:45am – 9:45am
- Term-time (with potential for additional hours if wanted)
The Role
- Lead and deliver high-quality, engaging sessions
- Set standards aligned with academy-style coaching
- Be a visible, credible figure that parents and players trust
- Help raise the overall level and reputation of the programme
We’re Looking For
- Academy background (current or previous)
- UEFA C minimum (B preferred)
- Experience working with talented youth players
- High energy, excellent communication, professional presence
- Passion for player development, not just running drills

Pay: £30.00-£50.00 per hour
