Reports To: Ticketing Operations Manager
Location: Ticket Office – Molineux Stadium
Hours: 5 hours per week (Saturday) plus match-days
Start Date: ASAP

Job Purpose

  • To process ticket transactions through the current ticketing platform and all available customer channels (counter, telesales, post and web), including outbound telesales.

  • To provide advice and information on all services applicable to the Ticket Office.


Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver a high level of customer service.

  • Assist the Ticketing Operations Manager with office administrative duties.

  • Ensure accuracy with cash transactions and follow office policies and procedures, balancing own daily takings.

  • Maintain, improve and expand the customer database.

  • Contact customers via telephone, cross-selling and upselling products using campaign-based methods across various Club products.

Person Specification

Knowledge

Essential:

  • Understanding of safeguarding children, young people and adults at risk, including wellbeing considerations.

Desirable:

  • Understanding of ticketing and membership structures within sporting clubs or arenas.


Technical / Work-Based Skills

Essential:

  • IT literate, including Microsoft Word and Excel.


General Skills and Attributes

Essential:

  • Understanding of how to work safely with children, young people and adults at risk in line with safeguarding best practice.

  • Determination to deliver a high standard of customer service.

  • Ability to promote, adhere to and implement the Club’s Equality Policy and embed equality and diversity within the Club.


Experience

Essential:

  • Cash handling and numeracy experience.

Desirable:

  • Experience using a transaction-based computer system.

  • Experience working with children and/or adults at risk.


Qualifications

Essential:

  • Must hold or obtain at the earliest opportunity and maintain relevant safeguarding training (e.g. FA Safeguarding Children Workshop).

  • Subject to a DBS check at the appropriate level and clearance by the Wolves Safer Recruitment Group.
