Northampton Town FC Community Trust is an award-winning and pioneering charity that uses the unique appeal of Northampton Town Football Club to deliver activities that connect our communities and improve people’s lives.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate, enthusiastic and driven individual to join our team in the following position:

• Participation and Inclusion Manager

You will play a key role in ensuring that everyone, regardless of background, gender or ability, has the opportunity to take part in football and physical activity through Northampton Town FC Community Trust.

You will be responsible for leading and overseeing all participation activity across women and girls programmes, disability and inclusive provision, and the Trust’s mainstream holiday courses. You will manage a dedicated team, including a full-time Disability Officer and a pool of casual delivery staff, ensuring programmes are welcoming, high-quality, safe and well run.

Working closely with community partners, local organisations and the wider Club, you will focus on breaking down barriers to participation, growing engagement from under-represented groups, and creating clear, positive pathways into sport and physical activity.
