Your Next Professional Challenge

 

Within our teams in Boulogne-Billancourt, we are looking for a Sponsorship Sales Manager (M/F) on a permanent contract, who will be under the responsibility of our Senior Sponsorship Sales Manager in order to best market all of SPORTFIVE EMEA's sponsorship assets. 

 

Your new challenge will consist of:

 

  • Development and implementation of the sales prospecting strategy in the assigned sector; 
  • Identifying and contacting decision-makers; 
  • Identifying customer and prospect needs and scheduling appointments where appropriate;
  • Expertise in sponsorship offerings and SPORTFIVE EMEA assets
  • Developing proposals in collaboration with the marketing team;
  • Presentation/sale of the offer, negotiation and finalization of the contract;
  • Advice to advertisers on their communication strategies in sports 
  • Customer relationship management: Participation in professional meetings and customer support on match day

 

 

The Talent We Are Looking For 

 

We are looking for a candidate with a strong sales background, particularly with key accounts, and mastery of sales and negotiation techniques. You must also be able to navigate long and complex sales cycles, while possessing the ability to prospect and build your own client portfolio.

You have a strong marketing and sales acumen. You possess a very good general knowledge of economics, and more specifically of sports sponsorship. You stand out for your market curiosity and your persuasive skills.

 

With a higher education in business, you ideally have previous successful sales experience (more than 2 years) in the world of sports, which gives you a very good understanding of our challenges and the ability to manage relationships with high-level stakeholders. 

 

As a driven individual, you possess the ability to generate growth and exceed your objectives. Your interpersonal skills, resilience under pressure, and team spirit are all assets that will enable you to succeed in this strategic mission for the agency's development.

 

You have excellent communication skills and a talent for persuasion and influence. Comfortable building relationships, you know how to maintain lasting connections. Analytical and able to synthesize information, you demonstrate flexibility and adaptability. Resilient under pressure, you have a strong sense of purpose.

Organized and meticulous, you combine teamwork with a taste for challenge. Autonomous and available, you take initiative effectively.

 

You have a good command of English.
