Leicester City in the Community has a fantastic opportunity for a Casual Community Coach to join our dynamic team on a Casual basis.

About The Role

Key Duties;

  • To utilise the brand of Leicester City Football Club to identify, engage, inspire and empower children, young people, and adults.
  • To provide a fun and safe environment to engage and coach children, young people and adults, building positive relationships with participants, parents and colleagues.
  • To safeguard the welfare of children and vulnerable groups at all times

  • Ability to form strong and sustain appropriate working relationships

Essential requirements: 

  • Two years’ experience working with children and adults in a coaching capacity, or a community environment
  • FA Level 1 Introduction in Coaching Football  or Equivalent FA Qualification
  • FA Safeguarding Certificate
  • FA Emergency First Aid Certificate 

Contract Type – Casual
Hours Per Week  0

You may be required to work outside of normal office hours, at evenings and weekends.

Location – LCitC is based at King Power Stadium, Leicester. The delivery of sessions with take place at partner schools/Local Community centres etc and some aspects of the role will require homeworking, therefore you will need the ability to travel across multiple sites across Leicester and Charnwood.
