THE ROLE
Swansea City are looking to appoint a new Senior Data & Insights Manager, it's a newly created role which will play an integral part in the club's transition into a global brand. With new investment from high profile individuals like Snoop Dogg and Luka Modric, they're looking to take the club's commercial presence to the next level.
You'll be facilitating data-informed decision making and equipping members of the sales team with the data and insights required to bring on new partnerships. This role will play an important part in developing business processes and ensuing an agile approach to changing market trends and behaviours. A key focus of the role will be in developing the club’s brand partnership offering to deliver long term revenue growth.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
PERSON SPECIFICATION
· Highly curious and analytical with passion for solving problems and identifying trends in data
· Excellent understanding of the commercial landscape in sports and entertainment
· Successful track record of identifying and analysing new brand prospects which have led to new partnerships
· Commercially minded with demonstrable ability to identify how a brand and its objectives align with the Club’s partnership offering
· Creative mindset with ability to think laterally to solve problems and find solutions through data
