About the opportunity:  Everton in the Community are currently looking for a Youth Inclusion Coach to join the team.

The Youth Inclusion Coach will be responsible for delivering and implementing football and youth work interventions across all Kicks sites. They will work alongside the Youth Inclusion Manager and Coordinators to support in contributing towards the delivery of the Kicks programme and KPI’s.

Our Youth and Support Service, targets at risk and vulnerable young people aged 8-25 years old, within Youth Inclusion. At Kicks, our main aim is to give children, young people, young adults and their families the support and opportunities to develop social skills, gain qualifications, improve health and well-being and have new experiences in a safe and friendly environment. We want to raise the aspirations of our children, young people and young adults, with a clear goal of them having a safe transition in to adulthood and reaching their full potential.

 Safeguarding    

  • To understand the Club’s Safeguarding policy, procedures, and best practice guidelines.     
  • To use this understanding to ensure safe working practices, appropriate reporting of concerns and contribute positively to an Anti-bullying environment.  

Who we are looking for: Essentially, we are looking for individuals who have experience of delivering in schools and educational establishments.

You will have the ability to gain the trust of young people in order to inspire and motivate them to make right choices. 

You must have a flexible approach to working unsociable hours (evenings and weekends) as required.

This role will be located across Goodison Park, EITC sites, schools, external delivery sites and any other
venue deemed suitable by the Youth Inclusion Manager.

The working hours for this role will be 5 hours per week.
