Summary:
The Ticket Sales Account Executive – Hispanic Community Focus is responsible for generating ticket revenue through the sale of a full menu of ticket products, including group tickets, season plans, partial plans, and premium products. This role focuses on driving revenue through proactive outreach, relationship-building, and community engagement within the Hispanic, corporate, and soccer communities. Sales activities occur through phone prospecting, in-person appointments, networking events, and matchday engagement.
Responsibilities Include:
- Generate ticket revenue through the sale of full menu ticket products for Real Salt Lake and Utah Royals FC.
- Sell group ticket packages to a variety of prospects, including soccer organizations, corporate partners, and affinity groups.
- Sell season ticket memberships, partial plans, and premium seating products to new and prospective clients.
- Develop new business by actively prospecting through phone outreach, in-stadium tours, external meetings, networking events, and community initiatives.
- Conduct significant out-of-office community outreach to establish and grow relationships within the Hispanic and broader soccer communities.
- Manage assigned accounts to deliver a high level of customer service throughout the season.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and accounts within the CRM system.
- Support matchday operations by assisting with group experiences, meeting with group leaders, prospecting clients at the stadium, and helping coordinate hospitality areas.
- Perform additional duties as assigned in support of the Ticket Sales department.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of prior sales experience.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
- Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding weekly and monthly sales goals.
- Strong time management, organizational, administrative, and customer service skills.
- High energy, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Resourceful and positive attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and event days as required.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in ticket sales and service in a sports or entertainment setting.
Physical Demands & Work Environment:
The job requires regularly lifting/pushing up to 5 pounds and occasionally lifting/pushing more than 10 pounds or exerting heavy force in a wide disparity or environmental conditions. The job involves standing, stooping, bending, lifting, pushing etc.
