Job Summary

Reporting to the Assistant Manager, Women’s Football (or any other assigned Reporting Officer), the Executive/Senior Executive, Women’s Football will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support for the Women’s National Teams and women’s football development initiatives, including programmes and activities conducted by the Women’s Football Department, as follows:

Key Responsibilities

    • Provide end-to-end administrative support for all the Women’s National Teams (U-16, U-19 and Senior “A” teams), including correspondence with schools and employers, maintenance of players’ and officials’ documentation, attendance tracking, allowance claims, insurance matters, and registration on AFCAS or other relevant Confederation/Federation platforms. 
    • Coordinate with clubs, schools, MINDEF, MHA, SportSG, SNOC, MCCY, and other relevant stakeholders to facilitate player release and participation in international and local programmes, matches, and competitions. 
    • Support the preparation, submission, and monitoring of applications and documentation required to maintain eligibility for Singapore Sports Institute (SSI) support services and other relevant schemes. 
    • Facilitate and ensure the availability of required facilities, equipment, apparel, and other resources to support training, competitions, and women’s football development programmes, including managing departmental financial, procurement and inventory processes. 
    • Ensure accurate documentation, record-keeping, and reporting of programmes, activities, and processes in accordance with FAS policies and requirements, with an emphasis on compliance, transparency, and audit readiness. 
    • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders, including FAS Congress, FAS Women’s Football Committee meetings, AFC and FIFA women’s football reports, and other relevant submissions. 
    • Coordinate with all FAS technical departments, including Women’s Football, Football Science & Medicine, Grassroots, Coach Education, Competitions, Operations and Finance, to ensure seamless interdepartmental collaboration and communication. 
    • Undertake any other duties as assigned by the FAS Technical Director, General Secretary, or designated Reporting Officer. 

 

Requirements

    • Educational Qualifications: Must possess a Diploma or Degree from a recognised institution. 
    • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially in creating presentations, report writing, and data analytics. 
    • Communication: Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, and written communication skills. 
    • Attention to Detail: Highly meticulous with a strong focus on meeting deadlines. 
    • Multi-Tasking: Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities effectively. 
    • Teamwork: Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.<
