About the Role

Cardinals in the Community is excited to invite applications for the role of Community Coach to support with the delivery of our primary education and open access provision. We’re looking for a passionate, reliable, and enthusiastic individual to help us deliver high-quality community sessions and contribute to the growth of our programmes.

This is a fantastic opportunity to play a hands-on role in using sport to positively impact the lives of young people within the local community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging, inclusive sessions as part of CITC’s ongoing community programmes
  • Support the Head of Community in maintaining and enhancing current projects

Schedule

  • Monday (15:15 – 16:15)
  • Tuesday (15:15 – 16:15)
  • Wednesday (12:30 – 15:15)
  • Thursday (15:00 – 16:15)

Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum FA Level 1 (UEFA C / FA Level 2 preferred)
  • Previous experience coaching football, particularly with children and young people
  • Confidence working in diverse community settings
