Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining exceptional business relationships with our partners. As the primary point of contact, this individual will ensure the proactive execution of partnership agreements between the Club and its partners, guaranteeing impeccable customer service. They will support management in developing and implementing visibility and activation strategies to maximize impact and increase partner satisfaction. Furthermore, you will act as a liaison between partners and the various relevant departments within the organization. A high degree of flexibility is required, as the position involves working days, evenings, and weekends depending on home and away game schedules.
Main responsibilities
- Ensuring the long-term loyalty of our partners;
- Building and maintaining positive relationships by encouraging regular exchanges and meetings and by making appropriate follow-ups;
- Evaluate the requests and needs of partners and manage activations and visibility in order to meet common objectives, and ensure the proper management of negotiated agreements;
- Manage the execution of projects, budgets, timelines, deliverables and their visibility;
- Collaborate closely with the various departments, particularly marketing, operations, communications and legal, to ensure open communication and a consistent and efficient workflow;
- Attend all local matches and various special Club events: welcome partners and their guests, guide them and support their experience;
- Monitor and make the necessary adjustments to the agreements and ensure compliance with reciprocal commitments in terms of implementation and conformity with partners and the various departments of the Club, as well as with external suppliers;
- Maintain an up-to-date inventory of our partner properties;
- Implement and use monitoring tools and performance indicators to measure the value and impact of partners;
- Produce post-mortems, retrospective analyses and various required reports;
- Ensure understanding and follow-up of the Major League of Soccer (MLS) “Commercial Guidelines”;
- Proactively contribute to upsells and renewals of business partners and assist senior managers in creating new properties for potential partners;
- Formulate recommendations on possible improvements;
- All other related tasks.

- Implement and use tracking tools and performance indicators to measure the value and impact of partnerships;
- Produce post-mortem reports, retrospective analyses, and other required documentation;
- Ensure understanding and compliance with Major League Soccer (MLS) Commercial Guidelines;
- Proactively contribute to upselling and partner renewals and assist senior managers in developing new assets for potential partners;
- Make recommendations for potential improvements;
- Perform any other related duties as required.
Qualifications
- The personality! Creative, innovative, proactive, autonomous, solution-oriented, with a great sense of customer service;
- Hold a university degree in marketing, communications or other related field;
- Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in client management, sponsorship and/or partnership management or other equivalent field;
- Knowledge and experience in the world of sport is an asset;
- Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, independently, and to work under pressure and tight deadlines;
- Demonstrate dynamism, leadership and flexibility and have good communication skills;
- Perfect command of French and English, spoken and written; the person will have to establish business relationships inside and outside Quebec;
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft 365 suite;
- Training in project management and/or sales is an asset.
Required qualifications

- Proficient oral and written French and English; the individual will be required to establish business relations both inside and outside Quebec;
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft 365 suite;
- Training in project management and/or sales is an asset.
