  • Create a fun, safe, and inclusive environment for all players.
  • Communicate positively with parents and guardians about player development.
  • Support the transition of players into the next age group and competitive teams.
  • Opportunities for extra hours with our holiday camps and midweek sessions (Tuesday afternoons) as needed.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience coaching or teaching football to children aged 4–6.
  • Relevant coaching qualifications (FA Level 1 / Introduction to Coaching Football or higher).
  • Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for developing young players through fun, engaging football sessions.

Desirable:

  • First Aid qualification.
  • Safeguarding Children certificate.
  • Local to the Sheen/Richmond area.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive hourly rate (based on experience and qualifications).
  • Supportive coaching environment with opportunities for growth.
  • All equipment provided.
  • A chance to be part of a community-focused football programme that values player development and enjoyment above all.

If you’re passionate about introducing young children to football and want to be part of a friendly, growing team, we’d love to hear from you.
