Director of College Recruiting

The College Recruiting Director ensures that all players who aspire to play college soccer at our club are fully supported, educated, and guided throughout the entire recruiting process. Their primary responsibility is to bridge the gap between players, families, coaches, and college programs while maintaining a professional, transparent, and organized pathway to higher-level opportunities.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Head Coach

• Knowledge of the college recruiting landscape, including NCAA Division I, II, III, NAIA, and NJCAA rules, timelines, communication regulations, and eligibility requirements
• Prior experience in college recruiting, college coaching, or managing a college placement program is preferred
• Strong understanding of elite youth player development platform, talent identification, and long-term athletic development models
• Excellent communication skills, including public speaking, presenting to large groups, and communicating professionally with college coaches, players, and families
• Strong organizational and administrative skills, including managing databases, tracking player progress, scheduling meetings, and coordinating events
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with college coaches nationwide across all levels
