The Senior Manager, Community Impact Operations serves as the operational lead for the Community Impact Team. They are responsible for building, managing, and continuously improving the operational systems, processes, and infrastructure that enable SDFC’s Community Impact initiatives to scale effectively and sustainably. Reporting directly to the VP, Community Impact, this role focuses on supporting grassroots football programming, community impact initiatives, non-profit partners, fundraising efforts, and cross-functional project execution.
