We’re looking for an experienced U16’s Lead Coach to join our Category 1 Academy to consistently produce the next generation of young footballers capable of playing at the highest levels of the game.
The core aims of the role are to support the development of individual players through the pathway.
The Club History:
Ipswich Town Football Club is a professional association football club, currently playing in League One, with aspirations of climbing back to the premiership.
The club was founded in 1878 and turned professional in 1936; it was subsequently elected to join the Football League in 1938. Ipswich won the English league title in 1961–62, their first season in the top flight, and finished runners-up in 1980–81 and 1981–82. They finished in the top six in the English First Division for ten years, apart from when they won the FA Cup in 1977–78.
