The Club are continuing our rapid growth trajectory both on and off the pitch, further expanding our commercial footprint with the launch of our new retail store in the heart of Birmingham’s iconic Bullring shopping centre which opened last year.
The store is a first of a kind collaboration between adidas and Aston Villa Football Club bringing together the best of adidas Originals, apparel, and sportswear alongside our official Club merchandise. It offers a unique retail experience that blends global sports style with the identity of Aston Villa.
We are now looking to continue to build our team in store who will bring our unique retail experience to life.
To support our ambitious plans, we are looking for a Retail Supervisor to join our team, you will be a leader on the shop floor, working closely with our Retail Sales Assistants acting as a product specialist and a point of escalation. You will help create a positive, high-performing environment where our customers love to shop and our team thrives. Your role will be varied and will include making sure that our store ‘look and feel’ is kept to the highest standard, customer service and experience is efficient and friendly, working alongside the wider team to effectively sell and proactively work towards our sales targets.

We are looking for someone who has worked as a Supervisor in a fast-paced, clothing retail environment with the ability to collaborate and support wider team members. You will need to be positive, approachable and confident with excellent customer service skills and be able to handle challenging situations and requests in a professional manner.
You must also be highly efficient and organised with the ability to work to tight deadlines and have a strong attention to detail to deliver work to a high standard, achieving goals and allowing for process efficiencies in store.
You will be required to work flexibly including evenings and weekends – your weekly rota will be communicated to you in advance.
