We are seeking a passionate and committed Academy Futures Group Coach to develop the most talented young players for the Club. This involves the implementation of planning, preparation and delivery strategies for the Academy across the Player Performance Pathway of the Elite Player Performance Plan (EPPP) as part of the recruitment department strategy under the local recruitment officer.
The Club History:
Ipswich Town Football Club is a professional association football club, currently playing in League One, with aspirations of climbing back to the premiership.
The club was founded in 1878 and turned professional in 1936; it was subsequently elected to join the Football League in 1938. Ipswich won the English league title in 1961–62, their first season in the top flight, and finished runners-up in 1980–81 and 1981–82. They finished in the top six in the English First Division for ten years, apart from when they won the FA Cup in 1977–78.
