🕒 Contract: Full Time

We're looking for a passionate, creative and commercially driven Ticketing & Hospitality Marketing Manager to lead the marketing activity behind our ticketing, membership and premium hospitality campaigns.

Working alongside our Ticketing, Club London, CRM, Content and Commercial teams, you'll develop innovative marketing campaigns that help deliver sell-out crowds, grow memberships, increase hospitality sales and enhance the supporter journey.

🎯 THE ROLE

You'll take ownership of marketing campaigns across our ticketing and hospitality portfolio, ensuring the right message reaches the right audience at the right time.

From season ticket renewals and match-by-match campaigns to premium hospitality experiences and supporter engagement, you'll play a key role in driving commercial success.

Requirements

⚒️ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


You'll be responsible for:

🎟️ Developing and delivering the annual ticketing marketing plan in collaboration with the Ticketing team.

📢 Creating engaging campaigns for:

  • Men's First Team fixtures
  • Cup matches
  • Pre-season friendlies
  • Ticket Exchange
  • General admission sales
  • Season Ticket renewals
  • Official Membership

🥂 Developing marketing campaigns that generate leads for our premium Club London Hospitality experiences.

🤝 Supporting membership acquisition and retention through engaging campaigns, activations and exclusive supporter benefits.

📈 Working with our CRM team to develop automated supporter journeys that increase engagement and enhance the fan experience.

📊 Collaborating with our Data & Insight team to identify new audiences and opportunities for growth.

🎨 Briefing and managing creative projects across internal teams and external agencies.

📱 Delivering campaigns across:

  • Email
  • SMS
  • Website
  • App
  • Social Media
  • Direct Mail
  • Outdoor Advertising
  • Matchday Inventory

🎥 Working closely with our Content, Media and Communications teams to maximise campaign reach.

📈 Partnering with our Performance Marketing team to optimise campaign performance and return on investment.

📊 Monitoring campaign results, producing reports and sharing key insights with senior stakeholders.

⚽ Supporting Club events and occasional matchday activations.


👤 ABOUT YOU


You'll be someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and thrives on delivering creative campaigns that make an impact.

You'll have:

✅ A degree or professional qualification in Marketing (or similar).

✅ A minimum of 3 years' marketing experience, ideally within:

  • Sport
  • Entertainment
  • Hospitality
  • Live Events

✅ Experience delivering successful multi-channel marketing campaigns.

✅ Excellent project management and organisational skills.

✅ Outstanding communication and copywriting ability.

✅ Strong creative thinking with exceptional attention to detail.

✅ Commercial awareness and an analytical mindset.

✅ Experience working with multiple stakeholders and managing priorities.

✅ A passion for supporter engagement and brand storytelling.

✅ An understanding of football and the wider sports industry.


⏰ WORKING PATTERN


🗓️ Monday to Friday

🏢 Based at London Stadium with 3–4 office days per week.

⚽ Matchday attendance will be required approximately once per month, with occasional evening and weekend work to support football operations and Club events.

Due to the nature of elite sport, flexibility is essential.
