In this role, you will be responsible for driving and exceeding revenue targets across the Club’s match-by-match and seasonal hospitality business. You will proactively identify, develop, and close new commercial opportunities, with a strong focus on maximising matchday hospitality sales through premium experiences and matchday sponsorship. You will take full ownership of the bookings you generate, ensuring conversion, value maximisation, and repeat business, while consistently contributing to and delivering against individual and team sales targets. You will also play a key role in creating and converting future revenue opportunities within the Club’s existing stadium hospitality offering

What You’ll Be Doing
Responsible for driving revenue growth across the Club’s seasonal and matchday hospitality business through developing new client relationships, maximising premium hospitality and sponsorship sales, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Revenue Generation
Support the Head of Commercial to deliver against match-by-match and seasonal revenue targets
Undertake research and competitor analysis to help inform sales strategy
Identify, approach and secure high-value clients across key sectors across the city
Support with delivering tailored hospitality packages and experiences to drive revenue and client satisfaction
Sell new seasonal hospitality within the Club’s existing stadium offering, through the waiting list and own outreach
Maintain data relating to potential new prospects and deliver insights from target areas to inform sales strategy
Proactively generate new business through outbound calling to business networks
Client Relationship Management
Act as a point of contact for new match-by-match clients from initial contact to sale execution
Provide a sleek sales journey to new clients, demonstrating a high degree of professionalism and relationship management
Work closely with the wider hospitality department to ensure a seamless sales journey
Build long-term relationships that drive repeated business and retention
Other responsibilities
Liaise with other internal departments to fulfil the sold product
Attend meetings and training as required to fulfil the requirements of your role
Provide admin support for contracts where needed
Maintain personal development and performance

What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone proactive, personable, and who thrives in a busy environment. You’ll be a key brand representative, so building trust, staying organised, and maintaining confidentiality are all essential.
You’ll have:
At least 3 years of demonstrated experience in direct sales, account management, hospitality, or a similar customer-facing commercial role
Strong track record of meeting or exceeding revenue or performance targets
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Confident in identifying, approaching, and converting new business opportunities
Highly organised with strong attention to detail and pipeline management skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Strong IT skills, including CRM systems and Microsoft Office
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and matchdays as required
Desirable
Previous experience in sports, stadium, or premium hospitality environments
Understanding of football matchday operations
Experience selling corporate hospitality, sponsorship, or premium experiences
Knowledge of local business networks and B2B sales channels
Experience working with high-value clients or VIP customer bases
Degree or qualification in Business, Sports Management, Events, or related field
